Through all of the economic ups and downs we have experienced since TempWise's founding in 1995, TempWise, Inc. has remained a constant. What has made our company such a success is the personal attention our staff gives to both our applicants and our clients. We are truly unique and it shows!
Our applicants are mentored and nurtured. We provide them with software training, resume writing and interview techniques. And, most importantly, we try to match them to companies with cultures similar to their personalities.
We pride ourselves on developing strong working relationships and friendships with our clients. We feel the more we know about our client companies the better we are able to serve them. Communication is a key part of who we are. We encourage our clients to "talk" to us and to tell us their "wish list" of qualities they are seeking in an employee. We then try to make that "wish list" come true!
